Brand Identity

1. Scope of Services

The Service Provider agrees to provide the following services as selected by at the time of booking: . The total project fee for the services listed is . The specific deliverables, timelines, and project details are outlined in the Client's booking form, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Any services not expressly included in the selected package are considered outside the scope and will require a separate written agreement and payment.

2. Payment Terms

For projects totaling more than $350, a non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total project fee is due at the time of booking to reserve the Client's project slot, with the remaining balance due in full prior to the delivery of any final files. For projects totaling $350 or less, payment is due in full at the time of booking. Work will not commence until payment has been confirmed. All payments are final. In the event the Service Provider is unable to complete the project due to circumstances within their control, a prorated refund will be issued for work not yet performed. Any additional services requested outside the original scope of work will require a separate agreement and payment before work proceeds.

3. Turnaround Time

Project timelines begin only after receipt of full deposit payment and all required project materials, content, and information from the Client. All turnaround times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays resulting from late submissions of materials, slow response times, or scope changes initiated by the Client may extend the project timeline. Rush services may be available on a case-by-case basis and are subject to an additional fee, payable in full prior to commencement.

4. Revisions

Each package includes two (2) rounds of revisions unless otherwise specified in writing at the time of booking. A revision round constitutes one consolidated set of feedback submitted by a single designated point of contact within two (2) business days of receiving a draft. Revision requests submitted after this window or requests that fall outside the original scope may be subject to additional fees. Additional revision rounds beyond those included in the package are available at the Service Provider's then-current rate.

5. Communication

All project communication shall take place via email or through the Client's private client portal (Kitchen.co) to ensure accurate documentation of all decisions and instructions. Phone calls are not offered as a standard form of communication. Recorded video meetings may be scheduled upon request for an additional fee. The Client agrees to designate a single point of contact for all project-related feedback and approvals. Feedback or edits submitted by multiple individuals will not be accommodated. The Service Provider will provide updates at key project milestones and aims to respond to all communications within twenty-four to forty-eight (24-48) business hours.

6. Intellectual Property & Ownership

The Service Provider retains full copyright ownership of all work created until payment has been received in full. Upon receipt of final payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the delivered files for their intended personal or business purpose. The Client may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or claim authorship of any work created by the Service Provider. The Service Provider reserves the right to display completed work in their portfolio, on social media, and in marketing materials, unless the Client submits a written confidentiality request prior to project completion. The Client is solely responsible for ensuring that any materials or assets they provide are properly licensed for commercial use.

7. Rush Fee

Rush services, defined as any project requiring delivery faster than the Service Provider's standard turnaround time, are available on a limited, case-by-case basis and are subject to a rush fee determined by the Service Provider at the time of the request. Rush fees are non-refundable and must be paid in full before work begins. Booking a project does not guarantee rush availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of delivered files, third-party platform outages or errors, technical issues beyond the Service Provider's control, or delays caused by the Client's failure to provide required materials in a timely manner. The Service Provider's total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific project in question.

9. Agreement

By signing below, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth in this Service Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the services described herein and supersedes all prior discussions, representations, or agreements.
