A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your website project. The remaining balance is due prior to launch. Payment plans available on request.
Up to 30 business days (about 6 weeks) for a full custom website with up to 5 pages. Timeline begins once deposit and all content (copy, photos, brand assets) have been received. Delays in content submission will push the timeline.
Two rounds of revisions are included. A revision is defined as minor changes to existing design or copy. Adding pages, new sections, or major design direction changes after design has begun are considered new requests and are subject to an additional fee. A detailed brief upfront saves everyone time.
All sales are final. Due to the custom and time-intensive nature of website design, refunds are not issued once the project has commenced. The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Client is responsible for providing professional photos, copy, logos, and brand assets. If professional photos aren't available, up to 4 complimentary mockups are included with your package, and additional mockups are available as an add-on. Photos must be high-resolution and original. Detailed information is collected through the booking form and your client portal.
Site launched on your hosting platform of choice once full payment is received. Includes a recorded walkthrough video showing how to update content, swap images, and manage day-to-day. Source files available on request.
On-page SEO is included on every package. This covers meta titles, descriptions, image alt tags, heading structure, and URL optimization, giving your site the foundation to be indexed by Google. Rankings grow over time and are not guaranteed.
The 2 weeks of post-launch support cover bugs and errors only, not new design requests or scope additions. Any new requests after launch are quoted separately.
Up to 10 products are included with Shopify packages. Additional products are $8 each. Shopify app installs are $50 each.
