Deposit & Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project. The remaining balance is due prior to final file delivery.
Turnaround Time
Turnaround time is 5 business days and begins once the deposit and all content have been received. Incomplete submissions may delay your project timeline.
Revisions
Two rounds of revisions are included per project. A revision is defined as minor changes to existing content. Theme changes, additional pages, or new content submitted after design has begun are considered a new request and are subject to an additional fee of $50 per round.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the custom and time-sensitive nature of memorial design, refunds are not issued once the project has commenced. The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

The client is responsible for providing all photos and typed written content. Please indicate which photos are must-haves, as photo placement is at the designer's discretion based on layout and design concept. Photos of handwritten content are not accepted. All information must be submitted through the order form and client portal.
File Delivery
All final files are delivered as print-ready PDFs via the client portal. Files are made available upon receipt of full payment.

1. Scope of Services

3. Turnaround Time
