Deposit & Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event stationery project. The remaining balance is due prior to final file delivery. For single-piece orders under $200, full payment is collected at time of booking.

Turnaround Time

7 to 14 business days depending on the number of pieces and complexity. Timeline begins once deposit and all wording, photos, and event details have been received. Rush requests are considered on a case-by-case basis, message me before ordering to confirm.

Revisions

Two rounds of revisions are included per piece. A revision is defined as minor changes to existing content. Entirely new concepts or design directions are considered a new piece and are subject to an additional fee. The more detailed your brief upfront, the smoother the process.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of event stationery, refunds are not issued once design work has begun. The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Content Requirements

All wording must be provided by you in final form, typed not handwritten. Use the wording fields in the booking form for each piece. Photos should be submitted in original high-resolution format through your client portal, not screenshots or photos of photos.

File Delivery

Print-ready PDF files delivered through your client portal. Files include bleed and crop marks where applicable. Files are released upon receipt of full payment. Printing can be arranged for an additional fee.

Your Client Portal

After you book, you get your own private client portal in the free Kitchen.co app. It is where we message in real time, you upload your photos and assets, and you receive your final deliverables. You can download it now or once you book:
